Lake Hollywood

Lake Hollywood A quaint hillside neighborhood of 750 households found in three separate developments: the Hollywood Manor, Hollywood Knolls and Lakeridge Estates. Lake Hollywood is sited around the man-made Hollywood reservoir that was built in 1924 as part of the Owens River Aqueduct system and the Mulholland Dam. Residents enjoy walking or jogging along the peaceful 3.1-mile paved trail around the lake where they can get a great view of the Hollywood sign. The Hollywood Manor and Hollywood Knolls sections contain mostly smaller-sized traditional and Old World Spanish homes while the Lake Hollywood Estates and Lakeridge Estates sections contain mostly mid-century homes. Residents are attracted by the architecture, undulating topography, abundant nature, magnificent vistas and the convenience of living near the city with the feeling of being out in the countryside.

Boundaries: Hollywood to the South, Toluca Lake and the San Fernando Valley to the North & West, Glendale/Pasadena to the East.
