Sunset Hills

Sunset Hills This is a small, affluent enclave in the Hollywood Hills just above Sunset Strip. Primary access roads are Kings Road, Queens Road, little Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Plaza Drive. Sunset Strip is considered the main drag of the Hollywood Hills and is home to such landmarks as the art deco Sunset Tower Hotel, The Comedy Store, House of Blues, and the famous (and sometimes notorious) Chateau Marmont Hotel. Sunset Boulevard offers a row of trendy shops and hotels such as The Mondrian Hotel and excellent restaurants including Katana, BOA Steak House and Il Sole. A neighborhood of expensive, multi-million dollar homes clinging to dramatically rising hills, Sunset Hills, residents enjoy seclusion and staggering views of Los Angeles. Homes typically range from $2 million for small multilevel houses, with some larger homes exceeding $10 million.

Boundaries: Laurel Canyon Boulevard on the east, Sunset Plaza Drive on the west and Sunset Boulevard on the south, which is also the City of Los Angeles’ border with the City of West Hollywood.
