Cahuenga Pass is a mountain pass (the Hollywood Freeway, actually) through the eastern end of the Santa Monica Mountains connecting Hollywood to the San Fernando Valley. This neighborhood borders several different areas including Studio City, Hollywood, Lake Hollywood, Toluca Lake and Universal City. Universal Studios and City Walk are the major tourist attractions in the Cahuenga Pass which has drawn high-rise hotels and the red-line transit subway. Universal NBC is currently in talks to have a multi-billion dollar controversial development plan on over 400 acres of land approved by the city.

Boundaries: Ventura Boulevard in the north to Mulholland Drive in the south, from Lankershim Boulevard in the west to Hillpark Drive in the east.
